Fast response to request for problem identification, necessary repairs, and estimate. Roof, gutter, soffit, and eave repairs were completed as specified, on time, and on budget. Brian stayed on the job site during the entire project to ensure quality standards were met as stated. All job debris was removed from my property, and the yard was returned to previous condition. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He answered ALL my questions with patience while providing honest feedback. I highly recommend this company for any roofing and siding related needs.

Brian and Deb (the B&D of B&D Home Improvements) were excellent to work with. Despite their busy schedules, communications were timely and they delivered what they promised, and then some. The project started as scheduled with a team that removed the old roofing material, installed a new ridge vent, repaired roofing underlayment, installed new drip edges, and applied a new asphalt shingle roof. Over the following days, Brian and Ernie (Brian's work partner), replaced all the facia boards and built brand new soffits around the entire structure while Deb handled all the logistics. On a side deck they replaced support pillars, reinforced structurally unsound rafters and replaced the porch's metal roofing. Additionally they installed a complete soffit beneath the porch's metal roofing, giving it a nice clean look. They also installed a safety rail for the steps leading to the porch and a railing around the entire porch. On the front landing they rebuilt steps and risers and replaced the landing's support pillars. All of this was done in less than one week. They showed up early and worked late through horribly hot and muggy days. They completely cleaned the job site like they weren't event there. You cannot go wrong with this company. They are honest and hard working, and they over-deliver on their commitments. Would I hire them again? I already have! I am so pleased with their work that I have hired them to replace all the siding on the home and am confident they will do as good a job with it as they did with the work already completed. Bob H. Call me old fashioned if you like, but I still appreciate excellent customer service. Brian and his team did everything we agree on and they appear to be honest people as well. I have no problem recommending these guys if you need a roof.

Was on time couldn't find anybody for two weeks and this guy took the time to come out on Thanksgiving Day to fix my roofing problem very rare to find someone with that kinda work ethic! Very nice, on time, and professional!!!!
