- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off a transparent flat rate pricing model. We offer discounts for military, first responder and medical professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make contact through text, messaging or phone call. Then we schedule a day to meet up and look through the scope of work. Most estimates can be given on site however it is a larger project you will receive an estimate via email the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
