FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to have competitive prices but not at the cost of sending under skilled and less experienced electricians to work on your home or business. Skilled electricians aren't cheap, cheap electricians aren't skilled, unless you're married to one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To build trust through communication and quality service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the electrical industry. College degree and apprenticeship certificate and continuing education courses that reinforced the skill set of being an electrician. IT specialist in the Army. Worked in commercial and industrial environments for the majority of my career. Residential construction has always been in the mix throughout my years as an electrician. As a Master Electrician, I have a State of Alabama Electrical Contractors License. I pass my knowledge and work ethics down to my apprentices and fellow electricians.
