No ma’am I didn’t demanded just like u said, your husband came to me and asked me how much it was this time that u guys was going for a week, and there were dishes, cups etc that it was left there from Christmas and we had to put up in order to cleaned the kitchen, and U knew we don’t put oway díshes etc, also the quote I gave u for basic cleaning but is not included ( cleaning birds drops all over the floor, also I cleaned two times the double garage for you and I didn’t charge you extra, and u are complaining about $15.00 :), Every time we was coming to clean your house we was finding something extra to do and I couldn’t do it anymore for free, and I don’t even get a “thank you” , I had this company for 16 years, And the costumers I had Jeep are costumers that appreciated people and that is the kind of costumers I need to have. So sorry if things didn’t go your way but this is the way I run my business.
