I've been in business since 2001 and working on computers since 1984, the reasons for this longevity is trustworthiness and persistence. Having anyone coming into your home for any reason is worrisome. We make arrangements working with your schedule. I can work on laptops however I do not swap out laptop screens.

Mr Gates provided excellent service and resolved all the issues I raised about my computer. He communicated well re scheduling and ETA and was punctual. He worked efficiently and knew right away how to deal with each issue. He was courteous, friendly, thoughtful, a good listener and able to explain technical matters in an understandable way. I will definitely call on him again!
