- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My focus is on helping others. Providing you with someone you can trust. Feeling safe with me in your home. Knowing you can call on me again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate. (But expect me not to answer while I am working for another customer, I give that respect to everyone) Define the Scope of Work. Provide initial estimates. In-Home evaluation and final estimate. Agree to work and start on the spot unless material need to be acquired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This type work was a requirement for me growing up. My stepfather built everything and remodeled our home. I was required to be involved but I also had a passion for it. I never stopped remodeling and upgrading homes since I was 16.
