Was not able to select all the qualities that the team at Mystique Waters embodies, but they were definitely responsive and punctual as well. I called them because my pump was making a loud noise. On the phone the technician asked a few simple questions and then to my amazement, asked me what day and time works best for them to come out. I said, how quick can you get out here? They responded we have a next day guarantee but I'm in your area, I can swing by in the next hour; to which they did! Leo came out to our property, inspected our equipment and told us the bad news, the motor was going out. He stated that it was going to eventually go out, but as of right now it was still working as it should, just the bearings were making a loud noise and would eventually give out. We asked how long it could be before they go out and he gave us a very honest open response of between now and the next several months to year. He explained why the timeline was so vast, because of all of the variables involved. We obliged and thanked him for coming out so quick. He recommended that we replace it as soon as possible, but it will eventually go out. Literally, to the date, a week later the motor went out completely and I couldn't turn it on. I called them back, spoke to Leo directly and within a few moments he had a quote sent over to me for review. I approved, he got the parts the next day, replaced the motor, seals, gaskets, checked for leaks, just really cared about what he did. All said and done, the cost was well under $500 and talk about customer service. These guys know what they're doing and how to do it right. I will definitely be a customer for life with them and I appreciate them caring so much about my satisfaction. Because I went through with the repairs at a week times frame, they waived the initial diagnostic fee of $30. Do yourself a favor, get the peace of mind you deserve and give these guys a call. They're well worth it. Thank you Mystique!
