If anyone has a need for a personal chef or caterer I highly recommend Cajun Amor ! Chef Elizabeth is the absolute best andall dishes were phenomenal. My picky eaters even ate vegetables!!! And best of all, she does the shopping, cooking, AND cleaning afterwards!

From beginning to end, Chef Elizabeth provided an outstanding Italian meal for me, my brother and his daughter in the comfort of my home.Chef Elizabeth has amazing recipes, many handed down from her Italian roots and those of her husbands Louisiana roots.The entire process was flawless. Chef Elizabeth is so professional and knows her craft. Shes talented and quick. Shes moves with an exact rhythm through the process. Shes organized and quite the perfectionist.I cant imagine not using her services for a very special event ... or even if you just need a break from the kitchen and let someone else make you and your guests feel special.She made our evening for my nieces birthday one that we will never forget on this Earth Day, 2024.

Chef Elizabeth did it again! We had her come cook a dinner for us and a group of friends for a celebration, 7 people total. Everyone raved about the food, just like they did last time. I enjoyed a delicious meal without the shopping, prep, and cleaning.Cajun Butter Steak Bites, Potatoes Au Gratin, Corn Maque Choux, Garlic Parmesan Brussels Spouts, Cucumber Tomato Salad, French Bread Rolls, and Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake

Chef Elizabeth is fabulous. She arrived on time as we were in an airbnb. We left the front door open so she could come in. She was considerate that it was early in the morning. We had a breakfast of Lox Bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit, and cinnamon rolls, and a bacon to die for. Eat one of chef's bagels and you will never be the same when eating bagels. Oh so good. We love Cajun Amore.

Cant say enough great things about Chef Elizabeth. My wife and I are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. I surprised my wife last night with a more than memorable family event. Chef made everything so easy and was very accommodating with multiple allergy issues. She was great to work with from menu planning through clean up. The food was fantastic and the whole family made yummy noises from the first course to the last. Everyone wanted more when it was over. This was including my 7 year old grandson. We will do this again and again

The pricing is a simple per person charge plus the cost of groceries. Three course family style starts at $65 per person ($325 minimum) and plated 4 course meals start at $85 per person ($425 minimum).

Booking your event is an easy 5 step process 1. Fill out an inquiry form on our website 2. Schedule a time for a phone call to discuss the details of your event 3. Approve the final menu 4. Pay a deposit to secure the date of your event 5. Sit back, relax, and leave the rest to us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My culinary training comes from my family's kitchen learning recipes and techniques passed down through generations. I have also completed all required food handling and safety certifications.
