- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is a simple per person charge plus the cost of groceries. Three course family style starts at $65 per person ($325 minimum) and plated 4 course meals start at $85 per person ($425 minimum).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking your event is an easy 5 step process 1. Fill out an inquiry form on our website 2. Schedule a time for a phone call to discuss the details of your event 3. Approve the final menu 4. Pay a deposit to secure the date of your event 5. Sit back, relax, and leave the rest to us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My culinary training comes from my family's kitchen learning recipes and techniques passed down through generations. I have also completed all required food handling and safety certifications.
