What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Health coaching is a client centered approach to behavior change and goal setting. Health coaches partner with their clients to give them the tools needed to create lasting behavior change. We focus on topics including but not limited to eating healthy, physical fitness, stress management, and sleep hygiene.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC). I am also a certified personal trainer (ACE)
