Spencer was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I purchased an old home that's been a nightmare with wiring. He explained every thing to me and made sure I was fully informed while he completing a very challenging and daunting task. His work quality is beyond amazing and he worked with me to give a fair price. I am happy to have met Spencer and I hope he is willing to return for all future tasks. I have no overhead so no mark ups on parts, what I pay is what you pay. I never compromise quality for money. Guaranteed lowest prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. Ask to see the problem, or if I know what the problem is ask to see where it is. Consult with them on the price explaining that I do not mark up parts and that anything I do I guarantee my work. Then when I’m finished I let them look at it and make sure they love it before I leave and ask if there will be anything else. That’s all there is to it.
