- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no overhead so no mark ups on parts, what I pay is what you pay. I never compromise quality for money. Guaranteed lowest prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself. Ask to see the problem, or if I know what the problem is ask to see where it is. Consult with them on the price explaining that I do not mark up parts and that anything I do I guarantee my work. Then when I’m finished I let them look at it and make sure they love it before I leave and ask if there will be anything else. That’s all there is to it.
