I reached out to Sophia because my bathroom had been ruined with vomit, it was even on the ceiling ! Sophia & her team quickly and effectively cleaned the mess and removed all traces of this. I appreciate how quickly she responded and handled the task. She is very professional and her work speaks for itself.

I reach out to the customer to see if they are still interested in cleaning services. From there I like to have a conversation with them to see exactly what they want done and what’s their budget for the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with people all my life so customer service is what I love. I am very good at taking notes on what’s needed and getting the job done.
