I had originally written a poor review of Sophia’s Deep Cleaning Service, but I was surprised once she reached out to my husband and I again. She wanted to fix whatever issues we had with her service. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism displayed by her. She came back to our home in a timely manner and made sure that all of our needs were met this time. I couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness throughout this process. Sophia and her team did a great job cleaning my new house! I am a licensed Realtor and spend a lot of time in other homes; I would consider her work to be of high quality! They paid attention to detail, took direction well, asked questions if they were uncertain, and asked for me to check their work after they cleaned areas of the home. I reach out to the customer to see if they are still interested in cleaning services. From there I like to have a conversation with them to see exactly what they want done and what’s their budget for the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with people all my life so customer service is what I love. I am very good at taking notes on what’s needed and getting the job done.
