Introduction

Hello, I am the proud owner of Miss Sparkling Clean Maids. Please review this information prior to scheduling an appointment. We offer basic, deep, and extremely deep cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. However, we do not provide carpet cleaning or strip and waxing floors. To book your appointment, a link will be sent to you. Payment is required in full before the cleaning service. If you need to reschedule, you can do so through the app or by contacting me via text messages. In the event that you request a refund, please be aware that it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Your patience and respect during this time are greatly appreciated. If there are any areas that were missed during the cleaning, please notify us via text message so we can return to re-clean those areas. For Move In/Out cleanings, please ensure that the residence is empty. A $25 fee will be charged for trash bag removal and a $50 fee for furniture removal. All ceiling fans must be accessible with a 2-step ladder. Please note that we do not clean blinds, only dusting is provided. Baseboards are cleaned using dish soap, water, and a small amount of bleach. Rest assured, we provide all cleaning. Please If there is any damage or missed work, please report it within 24 hours after the cleaning session. Thank you!

She was awesome! She arrived right on time, and when she realized that the job would take a bit longer to complete, she came back the next day to finish it while still charging the quoted price. That's how committed she was to giving her all with complete attention to detail. Very responsive and communicative. We will definitely have her back.

On time and fast worker. Very easy to communicate with and receptive to feedback. House could have been a touch cleaner, but when I informed her of some missed spots, she acknowledged that and refunded some money.
