- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honesty and communication is the key. Our pricing is ethical, reasonable, and fair, and we never ambush customers with surprise extra charges after the job is done. We discuss and explain options and charges before the job begins. If unexpected factors or additional work arises during the job, we stop and discuss the options. We also believe in price "bundling". For example, if we are hired to mount three TVs at the same time, we will give a better price than if we were to mount the three TVs on three separate trips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a background in construction and wiring that provides structural and electrical knowledge critical to our work, and over 20 years of experience and certifications dealing with satellite systems (DirecTV and Dish Network), sound systems, TVs, and TV mounts.
