- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free tarping services. For insurance claims, our price lock guarantee guarantees that you will not be out of pocket any more than your deductible amount. We offer senior and military discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a roofing consultant will come perform an inspection. They will then create a photo report showing the current condition of the roof. If it is storm damage, they will advise on if a homeowner's insurance claim is warranted. If the claim is approved, we will review the scope of work from the insurance company to ensure everything necessary is included and assist the customer through the claim. If it is not an insurance claim, we provide our estimate and assist in choosing the best roofing solution for our customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors are industry certified roof inspectors. We also have a certified insurance claim estimator to assist with homeowner's insurance claims.
