Our home heating went out 4 days before Christmas and Rocket City Air contacted me and agreed to arrive on a Saturday morning to diagnose, they actually contacted me within an hour, but I didn't check my phone for several hours. They were very communicative, with text messages, on when they would arrive. They arrived exactly on time and diagnosed/repaired the problem within 30 minutes. What a great experience - communicative, professional, friendly, on time, wiling to work on Saturday morning, and a great price for the repair. I will contact Rocket City Air for all my future HVAC problems. I have never had such a honest and professional repair experience. If you need HVAC help, I highly recommend you contact Rocket City Air.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I found Rocket City Air on Thumbtack. Received a response almost immediately. Technicians came out same day. Unfortunately the issue was a little more involved than they had anticipated. Owner was out of town and would be able to come 8:00 Saturday morning to finish the repair. Owner was very prompt and fixed the problem for much less money than I had anticipated. Also did not charge a visit fee like other local companies. I highly recommend Rocket City Air for your HVAC needs.

Found a good HVAC mechanic! One of our heat pumps outdoor coils had been frosting over. I called Rocket City Air in New Hope, and a technician (I think that it was the owner) came the next day. He asked if the air filter was clean, did routine diagnostics and checked the refrigerant pressures and they were good, but he found that the outdoor temperature sensor was unplugged. He plugged it in and charged me $50. This morning, at 25F, no frost! Hes a keeper!
