- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide convenient scheduling with 3-hour appointment windows and a 30-minute advance call before our technicians arrive, so you won't have to wait around unnecessarily. Once on-site, our skilled technicians will perform a comprehensive 360-system evaluation of your electrical system to ensure everything is safe and functioning properly, along with free smoke detector maintenance. Afterward, they’ll present you with a range of options, allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your needs.
