The guy was three hours late for his appointment, then he calls and says he can come out in about two more hours. Ask me to see a pic of the problem and then proceeded to attempt to charge me $300 for an issue that can be fixed for $20 worth of Home Depot parts. 20 minutes of time and the correct tools I simply lack the correct tools and don’t want to invest in them is cheaper for me to buy the tools I need and do this job myself then it is to have this guy come out and change a simple valve on the toilet. Avoid this company they are dishonest and flaky.
