Love this place! If youre looking for PROFESSIONALISM then this is the place for you. Its never overcrowded. Coach Q makes sure that he pushes you mentally and corrects your physical posture as well when working out. He adds value to what you already know you need to do but gives you the extra push to go ahead and get it done. I HIGHLY recommend!

I love my trainer. I have a slipped disc & I needed someone to help me. All the trainers I had in the past only made my condition worse. Since I been going to Quentin I haven't been to pain management. I am not taking as many meds. He monitors my progress and hold me accountable. I needed one on one training. He also provided a meal plan & made changes according to my health issues. I promise you my trainer is worth your time & money.
