Chris & his team were absolutely amazing to work with. He was quick to come out and quote me for the job, and easily had the best price in town plus brought great value. He turned my old beat up rental into one that now looks brand new! Added bonus- there’s not one project he can’t do. Chris replaced windows, sheetrock, fascia, hot water heater, and attic door, then smoothed and repainted all walls, doors & trim. 100% plan to use him for all other projects in the future!

He came to put in a new sink and the job was much harder due to different sink size. Took a little longer but he completed it and work all day on a Saturday to be sure it was done.

I knew my project would not be a difficult or lengthy one but it was something I was unable to do by myself. The Pro I hired sent one of his workers who was very professional, courteous and capable. The job was complete in approximately 20 minutes and he cleaned up the debris and disposed of it in the trash. I would definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, $100 the 1st hr. then $55 per hr. for any hours after the 1st. e.g. 2nd hr. 3rd hr. and so on. Any kind of woodwork, repairs, upgrades, and/or additions will be a flat estimated fee. Not per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a appointment with the client to come out to the project site to access the conditions. Sit down with the client and go over ideas that they have and give them a vision of the completed project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started I'm the construction business when I was 15 and worked under the same contractor for 15 years+. At that time I realized I can do this for myself.
