On Saturday, February 1st I spoke briefly with Curtis regarding a project at my property. He reiterated the $150 fee for consultation. It was agreed that he would come to our home the next morning and provide a quote for the project. After the phone call, he promptly sent me his Zelle payment link. I acknowledged receipt and agreed to pay upon arrival. He was a no call no show. Thankfully, I did not pay his fee ahead of time.
