Although Sean was friendly and initially assured me he would thoroughly clean my new home, he did not complete the work as agreed. It took him two days to accomplish very little, even though this is a relatively new home built in 2021. He was paid to perform a deep clean, including cleaning the baseboards, recessed lights, and windows—standard tasks for a deep cleaning—but failed to do so. He later informed me that he wouldn’t be able to complete the job, which was incredibly disappointing. Had I known in advance that he would take two days and still not complete what could have been completed in 2-3 hours, I would have hired someone else.
