did a thorough job cleaning and ended up cleaning out a hornets nest from the chimney that was unexpected. evidently the previous owner hadn't had a fire in awhile.

Trevor responded to my online inquiry for an appointment quickly -within 1/2 to 1 hour - and scheduled to come out the same evening. He was knowledgeable about the work and questions we had and did the work efficiently and cleaned up the area promptly. We had our brick fireplace & chimney inspected, cleaned and water-sealed. Overall great experience and I would call him again.

Trevor is a true professional and obviously takes great pride in his work. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. He patiently answered each question I had about chimneys and fireplaces; I learned quite a bit about the different parts and how they function. He did a great job from start to finish, including cleaning the area completely. Trevor really knows what great customer service is all about.
