- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery, meeting to discuss options, fact based recommendations, we reach an agreement (signed contract), initial collection of money (assuming replacement and not repair), performance of agreement, final walkthrough, final payment, zero balance invoice. This is the typical flow but it depends on the circumstances/solution that is best for the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education to stay relevant on the leading edge of roofing industry technology, processes and techniques. 5 years in the industry experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I analyzed the construction industry from within a small construction company and learned the intimate details of the process. With that knowledge I developed my process around allowing my homeowners to continue to live their busy lives while delivering a high level of service and high quality end result in a timely manner.
