- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair and what price I give is the bottom dollar price. if you're super cheap customer and don't understand professionally done work please don't respond to my page. just because it charges us pro's and we get let down to not get a response back after we give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction, asking the customers if they see anything I don't ,please address it to me and I'll fix it the way it should be. sometimes staring at one color all day will throw your eyes off.customers (might) see something small I missed .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for 1yesr to learn paint brands. family business , I was raised around painters and been working as a child. I'm 10yrs in business over 15yrs of experience
