FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $60 service fee to travel out and give an estimate and/or diagnosis. Labor is not included in the service charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Upon initial contact we usually would schedule a time and day for me to come assess the scope of work, give an estimate or diagnosis. 2. Depending on availability and if I can get the materials right away, sometimes I am able to begin right away but in other circumstances, I wouldn't wait more than 3 days unless otherwise specified by the customer. 3. Finish job, clean everything up and confirm with the customer that they are happy with the work. 4. Collection; after the job is finished in most cases. In other circumstances, I may collect a percentage up front. (Service Charge Fee must always be paid up-front) (Sometimes I won't be able to cover materials, if that is the case then I will most likely go gather the materials and have the sales representative contact you and request a 'phone sale' or you can meet me at the store in person and you can pay in person.)
