2-hour Minimum: Every job requires a minimum of 2 hours of service. Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is based on the number of workers you prefer for the job. Truck/Trip Charge: A truck charge or trip charge may apply, depending on the location and scope of the the services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is a step-by-step overview of our process when working with a new customer: Request for Quote: Once you submit a request for a quote or contact us directly, one of our representatives will reach out to you. They will gather essential information regarding your move, including the location, the number of items to be moved, the specific service required, and preferred date. Free Estimate: Based on the information you provide, our representative will offer you a free, no-obligation estimate for your job. Online Form: If you choose to proceed, we will send you a link to an online form via email or text. This form will ask for additional details, such as the origin and destination addresses. Confirmation: Once the form is completed, your job will be added to our calendar, and you will receive a confirmation via email or text to confirm you scheduled service. Job Completion: On your confirmed date and time, our team will arrive promptly to complete your job efficiently and professionally.

With over 10 years of experience in the moving industry, I started my journey working with my family-owned moving company based in Houston, Texas. There, I gained invaluable expertise in all aspects of moving, from packing and handling fragile items to ensuring a smooth, stress-free relocation.
