- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate up-front pricing for all our projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we start typically start out with a brief phone call to go over job details. Once we have a clear understanding of the work to be done we will either schedule a free assessment and provide a quote, or in the unfortunate situation of electrical failure we will discuss our service call fee and get out to our customer ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
