I booked for May 7th and received an email that the vendor confirmed my booking the same day. She messaged to ask when I had time to talk about the job, I replied (all same day) and she never answered. She then followed up the NIGHT BEFORE the confirmed date to see if I was "still interested" and that they are booking 2-3 weeks out. This could not have been more unacceptable.
