FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a flat fee and not per hour, this can change depending on the project. I find that this structure helps the client to know up front what the design fee cost will be instead of having to guess how many hours a project will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a 15 minutes discovery call so that we can both decide if we are a good fit for each. Once we determine we are a good fit then I will schedule a site visit and send my in-depth 2 part questionnaire to the client to complete before this site visit. After the site visit, the real fun of design starts!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Interior Design degree and also a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I feel these both help me with running a successful business because one helps me be able to manage money and budgets and the other helps me have the knowledge to design the space of your dreams!
