I book a deep clean with Clean & Cozy once a month and they always do a great job. They are punctual and are always very thorough. We have pets in our home, so we always request to have our furniture vacuumed. They fulfill our requests plus more. Nothing beats coming home to a clean and fresh home. I paid $300 for a $100 job. When I went to inspect the house I found dust on everything and had to tell her to go back and please dust. There were drawers that were missed and were still dirty that I had to mention. There was a piece of furniture that was not even moved and had dirt and dust all behind it. The baseboards don’t look like they were even done and the stairs were not wiped either. I just looked at the ac filter vent and that is dusty still as well. I had to go to work so I just did a Quick Look around but I shouldn’t have to worry about doing a deep inspection if the person is good. I should not find things like dust and dirt when I’ve requested a deep clean. I would not recommend her to anyone for a deep clean, a regular cleaning MAYBE. She is very sweet though!

Hello Muni, we are sorry if your cleaning did not meet your expectations. To clear up any misconceptions, we did clean the baseboards in each room, but we were limited in what we could do because they were very scratched and marked up. Additionally, we mopped and swept the corridor and the stairs that led to it. We did ask you to make sure we didn't miss anything before we left. You did advise us to re-clean the interior of a drawer and to go back and dust off a couple areas that were overlooked. We spent about seven hours cleaning your house, and we can assure you that it was done thoroughly. We apologize that you weren't happy with your service, and we wouldn't have hesitated to return if you had asked to make sure everything met your needs.
