I offer residential home inspections that are 40 to 60 pages of very detailed aspects of the home.I cover all areas electrical,plumbing,structural,landscape,Roof,appliances.I give the report to you as soon as I'm done with the inspection and if your present I will take the time to walk through the report and explain my findings and also give you home maintenance tips I love that I get to be involved in the biggest investment of someone's life.I want to do the best job possible for that person.Ive been in buildings trades and can tell people how a house should be taken care of.
