- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"All bathrooms & Kitchen remodeling jobs are subject to a onsite $100 on the job estimate Fee. If we are hired for this job we will subtract the estimated fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the onsite estimate if that fee is accepted we then draw up a Contract and everyone signs, then we get the start date and half down of payment agreed on, then we start the project the other half on completion. If there is an addendum that will be paid for that right then. We are pleased to do your job. Thank you in advanced for considering Gene & Margo Remodelers to do your Project.
