Mr. Burrow response time was almost immediately after I selected his service via the app. He was very professional and upon arrival, was able to identify the problem within minutes. He offered solutions to the problem and allowed us to decide which route to take. We ended up needing a new sump pump and he was able to help us find one at a very reasonable price. Anthony came out to look at the low pressure in my basement bathroom. He advised that my toilet is old and would be difficult to find replacement parts for so I would do better replacement the entire toilet. He then proceeded to fix the low pressure in my sink and advised that it was calcium buildup that was causing the issue. He could have charged me for an entire service but because of the wonderful nature of his character, he only charged me the service charge. When you do go to people, good will follow you and good will certainly follow Anthony. When you hire Anthony Burrows, you will not be disappointed with his skills and his ability to interact with you!
