We had our gas fireplace repaired. Hollis was perfectly on time. He was professional and easy to work with. He completed the job and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. He did upsell their HVAC maintenance program (which is expected and reasonable). I'm a little concerned about the price, but I'm sure it's probably within industry standards.
