- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free quotes for new systems and we aim to help you get the best you can afford, even if its not with us. non-members are charged 85$ for service calls on repairs We aren't the cheapest. We also are not the most expensive. But we are the best at what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free quotes, we help educate new customers so they can understand things enough to help them build an ideal replacement specification. They receive a report that will help them translate and understand any quotes they receive. Then we provide any quote to their choice before making a decisions. For maintenance and service we do testing and provide reports that help them understand the condition of their unit. Such as actual capacity (is your 3 ton unit actually doing 3 tons of cooling?).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in the HVAC industry but quickly realized how poor the quality of work was and have set out change the industry while giving homeowners the option to have an actual comfortable, healthy, and durable house.
