As business owner myself I really appreciate how much care they took in my property.. they cleaned up the site after every task and made sure at the end of the day everything was in its place. I had them build rather large structure for one of my concessions. the job took a little longer than 3 weeks for them to do everything from the ground up. Everything was done well and I've gotten many compliments about how well the build was going and how nice everything looks now. In any business you get what you pay for and I felt like I got more than what I paid for. That's due to how well they handle themselves how well the job they did and how well they constantly left the site looking each day.

First let me start by saying I will be using Southern Superior again in the future. I am glad that they sent me a link to thumbtack so that I could give a public review on them. During site prep which another company did it was not realize that there was a tree too close to our Edition for the soffit to fit. They came up with a way to shorten the soffit and tie things in to where it still looked good. I also had mentioned to them that I was going to put in some new exterior door casings, they quoted me a price on the spot which was extremely reasonable and did the work the same day. We are very happy with our new room. They even found us a painter that did an exceptional job at a fair price.

Southern Superior did an excellent remodel job for me. I was very pleased with the quality of the work I received. It was completed in a timely manner at a great price. I would recommend them and reuse this company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost listening to the customer and finding out exactly what they're trying to accomplish in their remodel, or refinishing their room, or the exterior or interior of their house. Then discuss how to bring their project together for them while being productive and cost efficient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up in the industry I started on construction sites as a young kid. I had started from the bottom and have trained learned and been taught my entire career. This has led me through running small crews as a job foreman, to running multiple projects as project manager, and now to me having my own company.
