Received estimate from LC roofing company. Though some discrepancy is expected between competing businesses, an estimate that is double that of a competitor is a warning sign to run away.
This company only responded after prodding and unfulfilled promises, I would warn anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I could not be more disappointed in the estimate they provided.
