James did a Fantastic Job on cleaning my dryer vent. I like the way you promptly responded to my initial request and scheduled the service without a long wait.
His vehicle and attire clearly represent your Company’s name. He presented his business card upon arriving at my Home. I did not have to ask him for it. He wore a mask for his own and my family's protection. He gladly put on shoe coverings to protect my floors. He left my washroom neat and clean like you found it.
