- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are given before each repair. The $125.00 Diagnostic fee is waived if hired for the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Identify the customer's need. 2) Obtain the address and schedule service to diagnose the problem. 3) Give the customer an estimate to approve for the repair. 4) Repair and test the appliance. Then provide the customer with an invoice and receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of HVAC/R and Appliance repair experience. I attended Universal Technical Institute and specialized in Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning (HVAC/R) and Appliance repair.
