We do cost plus %, so the price you get is always fair no matter how the market fluctuates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything in-house, and do as much face-to-face as possible. We want to develop a good relationship and close communication. Please send your contact info and be as detailed as you can with what your vision is for your home. We will get back with you shortly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2007, Lance (The Owner) chose to move his family to the Gulf Coast, recognizing this region as an ideal place to raise children and pursue his goals. With this move, he brought enthusiasm for the environment, quality and value in building and design. He received training at SouthFace Institute in Atlanta in order to further consult home and business owners on energy savings and green building practices. Today more than ever, Lance provides trusted experience in products and services in the modern home building industry.
