- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly service rate for diagnosing and repairing a system. I quote all new system installations, so you'll know what your getting and for how much. We also offer financing for our customers to help with the costs, through Syncrony Financial, TVA, and FTL financing. We offer several options, to accommodate our customers . Ask your service specialist about financing, or our IAQ items, and the Safety and Efficiency Inspections. Taking care of your families comfort and safety is our main concern.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know the customer by first getting their information, and making sure everything is correct. Then we get your equipment information, age, tonnage, etc., so we can evaluate the system. But first and foremost we like to get you comfortable by doing your repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had several classes and do CEU every year to stay current, and attend classes on new and improved equipment and controls in our industry. My Dads been in this business for 50 years and nothing is better than the training I got working with him for over 18 years.
