Although I hired Mark to install curtain rods, I was able to call him day of appointment and explain somebody broke into my residence night before and busted my door frame to pieces leaving me with a un-secure residence and curtain rods were last thing on my mind. I sent Mark a picture of the door frame and he said he could fix that for me no problem. Even secured it better than it was before! Mark is genuinely a professional, knowledgeable, hard worker and detail oriented. I can tell he prides himself on not only doing a great job but doing the job efficiently. I highly recommend Mark
