- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job, our technicians are trained to provide the customer with 2 to 3 quotes. We will also try to work with a customer if cost is a big issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer is put on the schedule (either through the Call Center or a Lead is generated), a technician will communicate with the customer about the issue. Our technicians will come out for a free estimate. In most cases the job can be completed same day. If it is a new garage door then we will work with the customer on picking out a garage door that fits the customers budget and design. We will order the door that day and set up an installation appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians either come to us with years of garage door repair/installation experience or, in the case of a technician new to the industry, they will go through 8 weeks of training with one of our lead technicians.
