Chef Carlyn and the team at The Staff of Life, go above and beyond, in all that they do. Chef Carlyn, has a 6th sense,... a unique way of working with ingredients, blending them into a delicious, wonderful sensory experience of taste, texture, and flavor! All who sit at her table receive a warm welcome, and leave not only with a new understanding and appreciation for vegetarian and vegan cuisine,... but also,...with a feeling of warmth, friendship, and quite honestly,...anticipation of dining with Chef Carlyn again! I myself am a Professional Chef,... I am extremely discerning in my personal culinary palate,... and I can honestly say that Chef Carlyn is by far the best vegan/vegetarian Chef...period! Her professionalism and service are A++! I give her my highest rating!
