My experience was good. I had two guys, Tonio and Rich, and they were both cool and friendly. They did everything I asked them, even plugged up my washer for me. They wrapped my dresser set, so that saved me the hassle of doing it and they placed everything where I asked. I would use them again but hopefully I won’t have to move no time soon.

A valuable lesson for WOMEN hiring movers. Always always have a male figure present and someone (other than you) that can accompany the movers 100% of the time to make sure they are working efficiently. Phone customer service was personalable and great during scheduling. The movers were nice, on time and my stuff was moved so I’m grateful for that but they took their time and not in a “we are moving the mirror so let’s be careful kind of way” but as in the entire time with everything to where myself and my children had to start moving small things as time was adding up $$$ and they were not picking up the pace. It’s not that you want people to rush but you are charged by the hour so being able to increase your speed if needed should be apart of the job description and qualifications. The movers knew i was done a disservice as I was told at the end “that’s why I asked did you want me to move the heavy stuff first” as if a person who does not have working experience in this industry would have taken the hint. My answer to the question was more on the “it doesn’t matter, it’s up to you” end as I didn’t realize I was being asked a “trick” question. I just wanted my things moved and was not aware of a certain order that would make things faster. If they were aware they should have just done so or educated me more as a good customer service practice. There were also hidden fees as mentioned in some of the other reviews. Even if you’re assured over the phone that you wouldn’t be charged anything additional unless you add a service there will be on the day of and I moved 2 miles away. I was also initially misquoted $100 more upon payment and I had to go back over the hours used with the guy with my calculator because it didn’t sound right and he’s like “oh my bad.” They had to make more than one trip as mentioned by other reviewers so the truck size options could be bigger. There also was an incident where the driver accidentally drove into a ditch near my old house and got stuck and had to be pulled out via another truck (with my things already on board) they told me the time was paused while they were taking care of the matter but in hindsight I was never accommodated for this inconvenience, this was a risk of property damage and could’ve contributed to later items I noticed that had cracks in them, as well as it made keeping up with the charges/time even more unclear. Overall they got me moved which is something I could not have done myself but ladies go in knowledgeable or you may end up feeling taken advantage of.
