They didn’t show up for my scheduled appointment, nor did they attempt to contact me to let me know they weren’t coming. I received a message from them almost 4.5 hours later asking for pics of my home to firm up the estimate. If pics were needed, why not ask for them prior to my appointment, which was scheduled 7 days in advance. Furthermore, they didn’t even apologize for inconveniencing me or wasting my time.

I appreciate your review, even though it was negative, but I have had a lot of problems with scams here and due to the rush I did not respond, but when you showed interest, I responded. It was a way of making sure that it was not another scam. Fake customers who call you and make us lose money. Disgusting.
