I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years and have ASFA certifications in Advanced Sports Nutrition and Master Personal Trainer. I am also Silver Sneakers certified. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, and/or tone up, or to simply feel better and more energized, I can assist with making the lifestyle changes necessary to obtain your best physique and get in the best shape of your life. In addition to offering training at 3 locations (Dunlap, TN; Tracy City, TN; and Bridgeport, AL), I am offering live virtual training in the comfort and safety of your own home, which may be one-on-one, couples or a group. Or perhaps you’re interested in better nutrition habits. I can help with that too.

I am a physical therapist, so I realize that makes me a challenging client. However, Diane has surpassed my expectations with her knowledge on how to enhance hypertrophy as well as her nutrition advice. I was hesitant, but after meeting her, I am BEYOND excited. She's passionate about physical fitness and is a great motivator!

Diane is an excellent trainer and well-versed in all things bodybuilding She responded to my request promptly and when I talked with her, I could tell immediately that she would be the trainer for me. She is mapping out my routine and nutrition in accordance with my goals and is very reasonable in price for all that she does for you as a client.
I suffered from a recent lower back injury and Diane has been careful not to do anything that might jeopardize my physical therapy efforts in getting me acclimated with her training style. This means so much to me. She definitely walks the walk and talks the talk. I am looking forward to working with her and seeing how I progress! I'll keep you posted.

Diane has been amazing and accommodating to the different sports/activities I do. She matched all of my meals and timing down to a T when I would change from bodybuilding to powerlifting or CrossFit. Over the last few years I’ve gained muscle mass, lost body fat. All of this while learning how to overcome some past eating disorders while teaching me how to balance my life style. Between workouts, meals, and any questions I would have she made sure I had clear explanations and detailed work.

Diane is awesome! She really knows her stuff to a “T” and always has an answer for you. She is very dependable and pushes you to your to the very end. I highly recommend her to get you the fitness results you are looking for!

Diane has change my view of bodybuilding. She has tailored my diet and workouts to just what my needs are.... and with being a bikini competitor I need specific needs. She has blown my expectations away. Especially during my competitions! I thank her so much because my body looks awesome with her way of personal training👏🏼
