Aaron was amazing. He was quick and thorough when looking at my property. My job include a large scope of work and crawl space medic was one of only two out of 5 companies that I called that could complete the entire job. He worked with me helping me understand the work and products that would bee used. All of my questions were answered quickly and he was actually listening to my concerns. The estimate was very competitive and I didnt feel I was being upsold. I dont think you could go wrong using crawlspace medic and Aaron.

10/10 recommend this company!! They were in contact on the same day that I requested my free estimate and were out here the following work day to look at my crawlspace! Aaron is GREAT! He took the time to go through what he came across in the crawlspace and never pressured me or tried to use the scare tactic on me! I knew from the get go that this was the company I wanted to work with. As soon as I gave them the go ahead they were out here a couple of days later and completed the job within 2 days! We started out with a mold/fungus remediation and then had my crawl space encapsulated with a dehumidifier installed! My husband and I are soooo pleased with the results and can already tell a HUGE difference in our house! Thank you Aaron and team for all of the hard work yall put in!

I was selling my house and found out two days before closing I had wood destroying fungus. Aaron was responsive and professional and able to get the crawlspace treated, contact the buyers mortgage company, and get them documentation so we could close on time. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend.
