- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we inspect the roof and storm damage is present, you can expect to only pay your deductible and insurance will pay the rest. If storm damage is not present, we will provide you with an estimate. We also have financing options available through Alabama Power Smart Financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to communicate consistently with our customers and offer the best experience possible. We contact the customer within 24 hours of receiving their information. Then schedule an appointment to meet at the home or project site to start the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cardinal roofing has a home building license and an unlimited GC commercial license.
