- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair market pricing, with 10% discounts for Military and Churches. Our pricing fluctuates some with the changing of the market price for materials, but rest assured that we explore and investigate every avenue possible for setting and maintaining the lowest prices possible for the excellent quality of service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer to be able to ascertain exactly what their expectations are, as well as allowing them to better understand who I am and what I represent. Then I physically/visually do a damage inspection of the existing Roofing system to determine what repairs or replacement is needed. From there we can either file and insurance claim or proceed with a cash quote for the repair/replacement. But whichever route is taken, I will walk through the entire process with the customer, gladly and willingly answering any and all questions they may have so that they remain fully informed and educated on everything that they may have concerns or questions about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 15 years of on the job construction training, with about 5 years of nothing but specializing in roofing.
